"Pretty fair refund process overall"
I ended up needing a refund for my order, which I wasn’t really planning on dealing with that week because I was already busy with a bunch of errands. The refund was handled fairly in the end, though it did take a little longer than I expected. Nothing too dramatic, just had to be a bit patient

"Pretty good, but not great for beginners"
It’s a decent resource overall, but the beginner section felt kind of thin. I was expecting a bit more explanation up front, and that’s on them for making it seem like it works for every level.
"Helpful lessons, though maybe a little pricey"
I thought the lessons were good overall and I did learn some useful stuff. The price just felt a bit high to me, though maybe that’s just because I’m not totally sure what to compare it to. I don’t regret trying it, but I did find myself wondering if it should’ve cost a little less.
"I’ve gotten some really useful stuff out of..."
I’ve gotten some really useful stuff out of the lessons and overall I think it’s decent, but the pacing feels kind of all over the place because sometimes it drags and I’m waiting for it to move on and then suddenly it speeds up and I have to rewind a bunch just to catch what I missed.
"I do like some of the..."
I do like some of the lessons on JTC Guitar, and there’s definitely useful stuff in there, but the progress tracking has been frustrating for me.
It’s not always obvious what I’ve already finished or where I’m supposed to jump back in, so I end up clicking around more than I should. On top of that, having to deal with repeated verification gets old fast when I’m just trying to practice.
For the price, this part feels like it still needs work. The actual guitar content is decent, but keeping track of my practice progress shouldn’t feel like another task, so I can’t really rate it higher.
"Payment felt messy and I was left hanging"
I tried to make the payment twice and it just kept spinning with no real update. It finally went through, but then I didn’t get a clear confirmation email for a while, so I was just sitting there wondering if anyone was even paying attention. Frustrating experience overall.
"Flexible, but not as easy as I hoped"
I signed up a few months ago and liked that I could pause my plan when I wasn’t using it much. That part was simple enough. But when I tried to downgrade later, it wasn’t nearly as straightforward, which was frustrating. Overall, it has some flexibility, just not quite where I needed it.
"Surprisingly helpful lessons"
I don’t remember every single lesson off the top of my head, but the ones that stuck with me were really clear and actually made a difference in my playing. I’ve definitely noticed improvement since going through them.

""Always" works fine for me"
I’ve never had any problems with it. It just works like it’s supposed to, which is exactly what I need.

"I finally saw the pattern"
I’m the kind of person who needs to see how things connect before they really click, and these lessons made that happen. Everything is laid out in a way that feels easy to follow, and I can usually spot the pattern in what I’m learning quickly. The best part is I’m not left wondering what to practice next, it’s clear, step by step, and that makes it way less frustrating...

"I’ve been using JTC Guitar for..."
I’ve been using JTC Guitar for practice it’s been really good. The lessons are clear enough to follow, and there’s loads of stuff to work on without it feeling like boring chore. It’s definitely helped my playing improve a lot

"I’ve been using JTC Guitar for..."
I’ve been using JTC Guitar for a few months now, and the thing that stands out most is how solid the instructors are. They’ll point out tiny stuff I’d normally blow past, like picking angle, timing, or even just how you’re sitting with the guitar, and then suddenly you’re like oh wait, that’s why it sounded off.
Some of the lessons are definitely challenging, but in a good way. It feels like actual working players showing you what matters, not just someone throwing theory at you and hoping it sticks. I’ve already cleaned up a few bad habits and, yeah, happy with it so far.

"I wasn’t expecting the videos to look this..."
I wasn’t expecting the videos to look this clean, but the picture is super clear and the audio is easy to hear too. It makes the lessons a lot easier to follow and learn from.
"Download worked, just took a minute"
I bought a lesson and did get the download access, though it wasn’t exactly instant for me. I’m sure I had to refresh once or twice and check my email before it finally showed up. After that, the files downloaded fine with no real issues. Overall not bad, just feels like the process could be a little smoother.
"Tabs are decent overall"
The tabs are mostly okay. Some parts sounded accurate, but a few sections felt a little off when I played along. I still found them usable, especially if you double-check by ear. Also, the receipt/email confirmation came through fine, so no issues there.
"Good lessons, bad streaming"
The lessons themselves are actually solid when they decide to load. But the streaming buffers constantly for me, and it gets old really fast. My internet works fine everywhere else, so I don’t know what the issue is. Just frustrating

"So many styles to try out"
I was surprised, like, there’s jazz, metal, and fusion stuff all in one place. It’s been fun just browsing around and finding new things to learn

"And it’s a solid place to learn guitar"
i’ve been using JTC Guitar for a bit now and the community side has been a nice surprise. People post clips, ask regular questions, and it feels easy to pick up ideas without feeling judged. I do wish some areas were a little more active, and replies can be a bit slow sometimes, but overall it’s friendly, helpful, and a good way to stay motivated with guitar...

"Started noticing patterns after just a few lessons"
I didn’t expect to improve that quickly, but after a few lessons I started seeing the patterns in what I was doing wrong. Once those clicked, everything felt a lot easier and I could tell I was getting better

"These backing tracks actually helped me practice"
I picked these up because I figured I needed something more structured to practice with, it was a good call. The tracks are useful and make it easier to stay motivated instead of just noodling around aimlessly. I do wish there were more styles included, but for what I needed, they’ve definitely helped.
